Turnkey Ventures announces Modular Home Manufacturing Plant in Roswell

Roswell, NM — Starting this year, Turnkey Ventures will establish a modular home manufacturing plant at 42 W. Earl Cummings Loop near the Roswell Air Center. This site—being the location of the old Millennium Transit Services building—will be the new home for Turnkey’s unique assembly line process using cutting edge technologies. Their lean approach modular home building employs flexibility and reuse within the factory leaving virtually zero waste during the fabrication process. Turnkey Ventures has plans to market and construct several of these new affordable homes in the Roswell area. Additionally, they plan to work with the nearby Eastern New Mexico University – Roswell (ENMU-R) to develop multiple vocational training pipelines that will correspond to their emerging workforce needs.

This new plant, based in Roswell, New Mexico, will create an estimated 330 jobs over the next several years with about $12 million in capital investment.

The New Mexico Economic Development Department (EDD) has granted $400,000 of assistance from the Local Economic Development Act (LEDA) to Turnkey Ventures.
